Skinny Page Boy Clean

I recently posted an article about skinny jeans so I thought I would share a pair. I just went and picked up a few more pair of Dots Curvy Girl Skinny Jeans. They are having a sale 2 for $26, so I was totally there. I am a size 12 -14 and for good reason, I have a little junk in my trunk. Usually being curvy limits my ability to wear certain items but not at Dots. So I jumped into my comfortable, stretchy jeans, a teal shirt from Old Navy (clearance rack of course), a cropped jacket from Garage, my Payless BoGo boots, my clean pageboy from Claire's and my birthday necklace from Kohl's. Watch out world here I come.

SL Essential: Skinny Jeans

One of the questions that I hear quite often is “where can I get an affordable pair of skinny jeans that fit”, so since a good pair of skinny jean is a Suite Life essential piece I thought that I would direct you to a few of my favorite places to shop for this sought after jean at an affordable price:

1.       Forever 21 and Forever 21 Plus $13-$30
2.       Old Navy $ 30- $35
3.       American Eagle Outfitters $30

I also like to find skinnies from Calvin Kline, Levis, Bongo and Seven at TX Maxx, Ross and Marshalls. The most comfortable jeans for me are from Dots.  I wear a size 13- 15 so I need to find pairs that fit my curves. If you are a plus size like me check out:

Color Me Beautiful

Linda from church and I were speaking about how learning about color from Color Me Beautiful (CMB) changed her friend's life. It broke her out of the mind frame that to be a good girl you must understate your beauty. After meeting with CMB she learned that color brings life to any outfit. I absolutely agree. That conversation reminded me of the colorful outfit I wore the other day inspired by my "Stocking Up on Rich Fall Colors" post. I picked up these teal leggings up from Dots and paired it with my burgundy thrifted wool pencil skirt. To pull it together I added scarf from TJ Maxx and my favorite fall bag from United Colors of Benetton. I love shopping at United Colors of Benetton, especially when they are having a sale.
