A mother's day never ends, so as you can see my Coach is pulling double duty as toy chest for my son and a stylish accessory.  Since I had a full day working, bringing home dinner, picking up groceries and running to a board meeting, I needed a comfy outfit that could work in many different settings so I pulled out this soft neutral pull over dress from TJ Maxx, pastel scarf from Forever 21 and boots from Payless.

Calling Every Body Every Wear: Green

I was siked when I saw the everybody every wear challenge because I got to pair a few of my new items with an old classic. I have worn this white suite a few times (as seen here and here) but this time I paired it with this green New York & Company blouse and black Alfani ruffled skirt that I pick up on sale from Macy's for $15. Macy has had a few good sales lately. I also was able to pick up this Anne Klein heavy metal statement necklace from Macy's for 25% off. I Love Olive

I love olive and I am so glad that it is still in for the spring. I just paired this Forever 21 scarf and boots with my olive miltary dress and just went outside and enjoyed the nice weather.

Breakfast at Tiffany's

My daughter has me watching Gossip Girls and they have a Sunday tradition of watching Breakfast at Tiffany's.  Oh how I love that movie. So, I embraced my inner Audrey Hepburn and hit the streets for work but after I got home from work, I made sure to post a picture of the Coach purses that we picked up the other day as birthday gifts for family. I hope they like them as much as I do.

I'm back

I am back!!! It has been such a short time but I just couldn't stay away from the Coach store!! I was so excited I came straight from work (in a suit I picked up for $69.99 at macy's) to get a few a family members their birtday gifts. What can be better then receiving a beatuiful Coach purse? Ummm , nothing!! So I hope they feel the same.

Red Women Unite

In honor of National Wear Red Day I united with women all over the world when I sported a red look to Ice Berry in support of the American Heart Association efforts to remind women to go get a check up. You probably remember this Studio I dress from a previous post, but this time I am wearing for a cause. Heart disease is currently the #1 killer of women but it doesn't have to be. So anytime you see a women in red, let it remind you to make what ever doctor appointment that you have been putting off. Stay safe and suite ladies!!

I Only Have Eyes for You

My husband wanted to get me a Coach purse for the holidays but I had Marc Jacobs on my mind. I love a Coach purse but I was trying to diversify my purse portfolio. So I set out to find my holiday surprise, I looked at 50 stores looking to buy the camel bag from my wish list but I it only took I one look in the Coach outlet to find this jewel. It originally went for $268 but I walked away with it for $113. I can't help it but I seemed to only have eyes for Coach.

Tweed Chic

 Oversized blazers are back ladies. They are roomy, functional, non-restricting and did I say fabulous? Today I needed an outfit to play double duty. I am heading a community event out my church so I needed to look professional enough to lead a meeting but I also needed my outfit to be casual enough to run to my son soccer game, which was scheduled right after my meeting. These little wedges made running from the meeting room to the goal line seemless. My scarf played double duty as well, it was warm and added a pop of color to my outfit.

Grey Days

Matching the weather, I called it a grey day. By sticking with one color, you can streamline your silhouette.  To step it up a notch I paired a Kohl's necklace and bracelet that I got for my birthday with this transparent blouse and matching cami. Whether you want to look taller or just catching the elevator try a monochromatic look.
